Service details

The stayfast_session login cookie supports the session and account security; it is host-only, unavailable to page scripts and transmitted securely. By default it expires within at most 30 days, and logout removes it.

Language and appearance are saved on the device without automatic expiry. They remain after logout to retain requested preferences.

Favourites, currency and up to six recently viewed listings use account- or visitor-associated storage without time-based expiry during use. Account cache is cleared on successful logout or an erasure request.

An authorised administrator may retain a separate refund intent until reconciliation; it serves settlement, not advertising. The PWA stores interface resources, not API responses, and replaces older caches on update. The native app may use a separate identifier for push notifications.

You can clear storage in browser or app settings. This may sign you out or reset preferences but does not cancel bookings or erase server data. Preference data are not thereby used for other purposes.

Cookies and storage

StayFast uses its login session, selected device preferences and application cache as described below. This launch scope does not activate a separate email-marketing or analytics service. Necessary local preferences are distinct from optional external content; reading this notice is not general consent to third-party processing.

The release candidate loads its optional Google Maps iframe only after “Display map”. Before the choice it does not create the iframe, a map-provider resource hint or a map request. The notice at the control explains the IP address and displayed location/map query sent to Google and the possible use of provider cookies or browser storage. This is a choice for the current map, not a permanent cookie-consent record or a general consent-management system.

The choice is held only in memory, not in a consent cookie or localStorage. Changing the listing or location, leaving and returning, or reloading requires another choice. “Hide map” removes the iframe; it does not retract previously transmitted data or erase provider cookies. Separate Google, Apple or OpenStreetMap links are voluntary external navigations. Browser/app controls may remove local storage, but do not cancel a booking request or erase server-side records. Provider contractual, location and transfer conditions still require verification before publication.

Versions and changes

The approved document identifies its version and effective date. For new accounts we retain the accepted version, language, time and user linkage. We do not attribute acceptance events to earlier users where none occurred. Changes requiring renewed acceptance will be presented separately, preserving users' rights.
