Host Terms

Service details

Provide accurate availability, prices, accommodation details, photos and access instructions. Do not offer accommodation or dates you are not authorised to provide. Creating an account does not establish licensing, registration, permission to let or tax status.

The licence is limited to displaying and operating the listing and related requests. It does not transfer ownership of photos or allow unrestricted use of another person's data. Remove content when you lose the necessary rights, subject to justified evidence retention.

Guests may sort by price, rating with review count as a tie-breaker, or date added. Recommended ordering considers featured placement in the platform, then rating. We do not guarantee a position or bookings; paid promotion is disabled.

You currently accept or reject requests without StayFast payments. Acceptance does not confirm collection of funds or entitlement to a payout. Settlements and commissions require separately presented and accepted paid-service terms. Identity and bank verification will concern the actual authorised host; unmet requirements prevent the corresponding settlements.

Access is limited to permitted data for your own account, listings and bookings. Ending the relationship does not remove statutory rights or justified retention obligations; we do not promise unlimited access to a closed account.

Platform and booking requests

StayFast provides the platform service. Accommodation is offered and supplied by the host identified in the listing, not by the StayFast operator. During the request-only stage, submitting or accepting a request does not collect money or constitute a paid booking. The parties must separately confirm the terms of a binding stay before the guest undertakes to pay. Creating an account concerns use of the platform.

Hosts and listings

Before an offer can be published or receive a new booking request, the host supplies a legal profile to the operator: legal name, private or professional status, legal correspondence address and the account contact. Any required business identifier must be supplied; a claim that it is not required needs a reason for review. Identity documents and bank details are not collected through this profile.

For each offer the host confirms the right to provide that accommodation and use its photographs. The operator assesses the requirements applicable to the actual property location and accommodation type under the rules currently in force, including the effect of relevant court decisions. A required registration or permit number must be supplied; a claimed exemption needs a verifiable applicable reason. Neither location in Spain, a checkbox, a manually recorded approval nor disabled payments proves a legal exemption or an automatic registry check.

The operator must approve that specific offer and the version of its legal profile before publication and new requests. A material change to the offer or legal profile requires renewed review. Review of declarations and completeness is not Stripe KYC, verification of identity documents, or a general guarantee that a host or accommodation is certified.

An admitted offer identifies the approved legal name, the host's private or professional status and a required registration number. Private profile addresses and business identifiers are not routinely displayed publicly. Additional trader contact or pre-contract information required for a binding stay must be provided before the guest becomes bound; this request-only stage does not remove that obligation.

For accommodation offered by a private non-trader, consumer-protection rules governing a contract with a trader do not apply to that guest-host contract. This does not remove rights concerning the separate service supplied by StayFast. A professional host remains responsible for the consumer information and obligations applicable to its offer. Paid promotion remains disabled and the photo licence is limited to operating and displaying the offer.

The operator's profile and offer review is not a declaration that all platform traceability, official-registration checks or reporting duties have been fulfilled. The requirements applicable to the platform depend on its actual scope and legally relevant classification. A free or request-only service is not assumed to be exempt merely because Checkout is off.

Reports and appeals

Report unlawful or rule-breaking content to stayfast@brag.es, identifying it and explaining your report. We assess each case, give reasons for restrictions as far as legally permitted, and provide further human review following an appeal through the same channel. We do not label all hosts, listings or reviews as verified without an actual basis.

Versions and changes

The approved document identifies its version and effective date. For new accounts we retain the accepted version, language, time and user linkage. We do not attribute acceptance events to earlier users where none occurred. Changes requiring renewed acceptance will be presented separately, preserving users' rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory rights. Contact: stayfast@brag.es.
