Service details

At this stage StayFast handles requests without collecting payments. Submitting, accepting or cancelling a request is not a card charge, refund or host payout. A displayed price does not mean funds have been collected.

Before submitting, check dates, guest numbers, currency and price components. Terms of the stay and any payment require separate express confirmation by the parties. We do not present payments outside the platform as payments protected by StayFast.

Cancelling an unpaid request changes its status but does not create a refund because the platform has not collected funds. Send questions or disputes to stayfast@brag.es, with the relevant reference and a short description.

Before enabling payments we will provide separate terms for total price, commission and its basis, processor costs, taxes and invoicing, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and host transfers and bank payouts. This information does not establish any future rate. We do not currently offer escrow or a payout guarantee. A booking status alone does not prove settlement; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Platform and booking requests

StayFast provides the platform service. Accommodation is offered and supplied by the host identified in the listing, not by the StayFast operator. During the request-only stage, submitting or accepting a request does not collect money or constitute a paid booking. The parties must separately confirm the terms of a binding stay before the guest undertakes to pay. Creating an account concerns use of the platform.

Versions and changes

The approved document identifies its version and effective date. For new accounts we retain the accepted version, language, time and user linkage. We do not attribute acceptance events to earlier users where none occurred. Changes requiring renewed acceptance will be presented separately, preserving users' rights.
